Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with DAX Eyewear!

We do our best to get your order out quickly and safely — because waiting too long for your sunnies is never fun.


Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12pm CST may begin processing the following business day.

During high-volume periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing may take a little longer — but we always hustle to get orders out fast.


Shipping Times

Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days once shipped, depending on shipping speed chosen at check out.

We currently use a variety of carriers:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Free Shipping

  • We happily offer free shipping on US orders of $65+ for our retail customers.

Split Shipments

If part of your order is out of stock, we may ship items separately.

You’ll never be charged extra for split shipments — we cover the cost.


Where We Ship

We ship to all U.S. states and territories, including:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • Puerto Rico
  • APO/FPO military addresses

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Didn’t receive your shipping email? Reach out to us at hello@daxeyewear.com and we’ll resend it.


Marked as Delivered, But Didn’t Arrive?

Occasionally, USPS or FedEx will mark a package as “delivered” 24–48 hours before it actually shows up.

We recommend waiting one full business day — and checking with neighbors, your mailbox, and porch.

Still no package after 24 hours? Email us at hello@daxeyewear.com and we’ll take care of it.


Shipping Support

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, we’ll do everything we can to help. While we don’t pass on shipping insurance to you, we take full responsibility for ensuring your order arrives safely — and will replace it if it doesn’t.
